" We just wanted to give you a personal update on Bart Millard (lead singer of MercyMe). He was hospitalized Sunday night on his way home from the Bossier City show and has been diagnosed with Diverticulitis.
He is being treated with antibiotics, and has been released from the hospital however we are having to postpone the 9/28, 9/29, 9/30 & 10/1 concerts. These will be rescheduled, and we will resume our tour in Norfolk, VA on 10/5.
Please understand it takes time to reschedule concerts, but we are working very hard to get this done and we will post online & send out eblasts to let you know the rescheduled dates. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.
